Responsibilities:
Respond to Customer Inquiries:
Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints via various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
Provide accurate and timely information about products, orders, and policies.
Order Management:
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the product catalog to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Problem Resolution:
Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, billing problems, and product defects, with empathy and efficiency.
Customer Education:
Educate customers about product features, warranties, and after-sales support.
Policy Adherence:
Ensure compliance with company policies, including return, refund, and warranty procedures.
Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback to improve products and services, and report recurring issues to management.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:
Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services to customers.
Technical Support:
Provide basic technical assistance for online shopping platforms, including password resets and account issues.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support inquiries.
