The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content, managing campaigns, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
This position requires a creative and organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about social media.
The candidate will also be responsible for responding to customer concerns via phone/email, printing orders, assisting on the floor when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate content for social media platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics.
Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
Engage with customers on social media platforms.
Assist customers with placing orders.
