Tuesday - Saturday Job
Responsibilities:
Direct customer contact via phone & e-mail Assisting with inquiries and problem resolution Promote/maintain positive service provider relationships Daily entering of data and compiling/completing time-sensitive reports Provide customer service at all times Performs clerical work as required including answering phone calls, operating various office machines and computers, etc.
Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2
years customer service experience in a business-to-business environment Clear, pleasant speaking voice and easy to understand Excellent problem solver Ability to handle customer complaint phone calls with empathy and genuine concern for customer needs Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and capable of formatting worksheets LDS is financially sound and growing and offers a full benefits package after 90 days of employment.
