Assistant Property Manager

This is a full-time position--some Saturday availability and willingness to travel to StorageMax properties throughout the Jackson Metro area.
Responsibilities:
Attract and educate new tenants Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Maximizing rental income Preparing rental agreements Handling financial transactions including payments, collections, and banking transactions Working knowledge of self-storage products and services Office and facility should be kept in a neat and orderly manner Maintaining general curb appeal
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or other related fields Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills A happy attitude Willingness to stand up and smile when someone walks through the door Valid drivers license and reliable transportation We Offer:
