Responsibilities:
Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthlyConsults with customers in a professional, upbeat mannerEnsures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are metMaintains a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekendsWe reserve the right to complete a background check prior to hire, and eligibility for the position may be contingent upon the results.
