BRAND MANAGER / AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGEMENT
New Automotive Luxury Auto Dealer is seeking a Brand Manager in the Brandon / Jackson, MS area. Previous Auto Experience is a must. Must have a proven track record in sales and CSI scores must be furnished. This position has a very strong potential for a 6 figure income. Pay will be commensurate with your previous experience and ability to drive this position.
Purpose:
The Brand Manager ensures that the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and its gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. They are also responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Make a monthly projection of the vehicle requirements by department for the immediate 90-day sales period and follow through on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers to meet their needs
Sell Extended Warranties and all other aftermarket items
Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise
Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals and ensure contracts in transit are maintained and cashed in a timely manner
Meet with each salesperson at the beginning of every day to review yesterday's results and today's plan of action
Conduct sales meetings
Facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager
Provide on the job training for salespeople and include training on today's social media market fronts
Handle all rate quotations
Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. Establish and meet monthly objectives
The Brand Manager has a responsibility to log in sales income. Verify insurance with customers agents, obtain deposits, verify trade payoffs
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to an immediate manager or supervisor

Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information and follow through with actions
Degree or commensurate experience in finance and/or sales management
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Previous professional sales experience
Computer knowledge preferred
Professional personal appearance
Excellent communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
